למשרד האו״ם לתיאום עניינים הומניטריים משרדי שטח ברחבי העולם. בשטח הפלסטיני הכבוש, מטה המשרד נמצא בירושלים המזרחית, וכן יש לו משרד־משנה בעיר עזה ושלוש יחידות תיאום שטח ברחבי הגדה המערבית – בשכם, ברמאללה ובחברון – הכפופות לפיקוחו של משרד־המשנה של הגדה המערבית.
משרד־המשנה בעזה אחראי לכל חלקי הרצועה. תחומי האחריות של יחידות תיאום השטח בגדה המערבית הם כדלהלן: יחידת תיאום השטח בשכם אחראית על נפות סלפית, קלקיליה, טול כרם, שכם, ג׳נין וחלקה המערבי של נפת טובאס; יחידת תיאום השטח ברמאללה אחראית על נפות ירושלים, רמאללה, יריחו וחלקה המזרחי של נפת טובאס, לרבות בקעת הירדן; ויחידת תיאום השטח בחברון אחראית על נפות בית לחם וחברון.
